Our Staff

Tammy has lived in Imperial for 14 years and loves building her family here.  She is married to Todd Siverson and have 2 children, Ginny and Logan. She received her teaching degree from Newman University with an emphasis in English as a Second Language.  Tammy enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.  She very passionate about quality early childhood education.  She believes it is so important for us to reach children at an early age.  She loves to be involved with the children and the preschool.  She says that it is wonderful to work with the children and watch them grow.  

Teaching children has always been a passion of Keila's, being around them, and helping them grow is truly important to her.  She is married to Erik Robledo and they have 3 little ones.  For years she has been a stay at home mom and loved everything about it!  Currently she is enrolled in early childhood education at Mid-Plains Community College.  She has learned so much, grown as a person and is so excited to pursue one of her dreams, teaching at Rainbow Promise Preschool.

Lorrie had her own daycare for 20 years and her own preschool for 5 years.  She has been employed at Rainbow Promise for 6 years working part and full-time positions.  She has been the 4 year old teacher for 5 years.  Lorrie has over 75 hours of continuing education in early childhood education.  She is looking forward to the new school year and meeting new children.  Lorrie has been married to Launy for 44 years and they have 5 children, 11 grandchildren, and 1 on the way.  They have lived in Imperial for almost 32 years.  Lorrie has over 25 years experience working with preschoolers.  

Rhonda has a BS in Elementary Education from Chadron State College.  She has been working at Rainbow Promise for 7 years. She has lived in Imperial for 23 years and married to Dirk Hill.  They have  4 girls, Carissa, Jaiden, Lily, and Marina. She enjoys gardening, crafts, and spending time with family and friends.  She loves teaching because she enjoys getting kids excited about learning and starting their love for education.  

Anahy has lived in Imperial for 13 years she has been at Rainbow Promise for a year. Working with kids is a passion of hers. She loves their energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm. She loves seeing them learn and grow, both academically and personally. She enjoys creating, engaging, and interactive experiences that foster their development and help them build confidence. She cherishes the opportunity to mentor, guide, and inspire them, helping build a strong foundation for their future. Whether through play, education, or simply being a positive presence, she finds joy in watching them grow and evolve into their best selves. 

Aide is a mother of 3 beautiful children and is proudly married to Jonathan Jaquez.  She started working with children almost 3 years ago and that's when she decided she wants to work with children for the rest of her life! Aide is currently enrolled in college working towards her degree in early childhood so she can provide the best education to your children and make a difference for them
